With over 15 years of healthcare IT experience, David Paschall has served as general manager, CFO and COO in major healthcare SaaS companies before co-founding Transparency Health. His wide-ranging management experience in operations, finance, sales and acquisitions expanded his views and understanding of every facet of a company at different stages of growth and development.
A Tennessee local, David holds a degree in economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. He serves on several boards, including those of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the Creative Discovery Museum (Finance Committee) and the Tennessee Business Roundtable.
rebekah sharpe

With nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry, Rebekah Elkins Sharpe is a visionary when it comes to identifying new strategic offerings and executing go-to-market plans. Her expertise is on building teams and developing operational departments, and she is experienced in leading healthcare IT startups from concept to scale and through aggressive growth stages, including multiple capital raises and strategic acquisitions.
Rebekah earned a degree in health administration from Auburn University and completed a prestigious healthcare administration fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHCP) and is a board member of the Chattanooga Co-Lab and NPMM Education Fund boards of directors.
john riley

John Riley is a highly experienced sales and business development executive who, over the past 15 years, has been an integral part of the growth and leadership of a major nationwide healthcare technology company. John has experience in organizations from start-up through the growth stage. Throughout his career, John has developed and implemented strategic sales plans, sales operation functions, the development of client contracts and pricing models. John has a proven ability to build, integrate, and coach teams that lead to exceptional top line growth and outstanding client retention.
John previously served on the board of Launch Chattanooga and currently serves on the American Cancer Society Tennessee Area Board
John graduated with a degree in political science from Southern Methodist University.
Dr. Keith Helton

For over 20 years, Dr. Keith Helton has been a practicing specialist in internal medicine and pediatrics and a managing partner with one of East Tennessee’s largest multi-specialty medical groups. He served as the executive vice president of Physician Services at Erlanger Health System before founding five innovative, physician-led healthcare companies focused on making patient care better. One of these organizations include Chattanooga's One-to-One Health, the only workplace healthcare provider operated by doctors.
Dr. Helton graduated from East Tennessee State University School of Medicine and did his residency in pediatric/internal medicine at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences. He currently serves on the board of directors of the UT Research Foundation.
EMILY DANEK
ASSOCIATE
Emily Danek joins Transparency Health as its business and sales support analyst. In addition to compiling reports on the company’s portfolio and salesforce, she helps develop new company policies, provides support for administrative activities and manages the day-to-day operations of the company. Whenever a prospective client enters the scene, Emily is the expert in conducting research and analysis on whether it would be a good fit for Transparency Health.
Emily graduated with honors from Covenant College in 2015. She entered the healthcare administration arena and never looked back.
